On Saturday, October 4, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Davie met for their first joint Adopt-A-Street Litter Pickup. Together, 51 scouts, 14 scout leaders, 39 parents and friends picked up 184 pounds of trash, three street signs and countless hubcaps along a two-mile stretch of S.W. 14th Street in Davie.

Watson Pharmaceuticals has proven to be a resilient and passionate group when it comes to fighting litter. Even though their headquarters location changed mid-year, they have continued to clean their adopted street in the Town of Davie.
