Feel free to make copies of the vehicle information form, if needed. Please fax items #1 and #2 above, to our attention at 954-577-2391, upon completion in addition to a current copy of your Broward County Occupational License and any other available credit information in order for us to determine your initial security deposit amount.
Note that the security deposit in the form of a check must be received in our office before we process your application. Also, the original copies for other forms of securities and the insurance certificate are required. You will receive written notification of the status of your account within five business days.
