Effective October 1, 2013, the Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) rules are changing. The ERP program will be implemented through a statewide rule, Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., the applicant's Handbook Volume I and Volume II, and changes to the 40E chapters of F.A.C.  Broward County is delegated authority for Environmental Resource Permitting from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the South Florida Water Management District.  Therefore, the statewide rules also apply to ERPs processed by Broward County.  For additional information please visits FDEP’s Statewide ERP website.
