The Long Key Natural Area and Nature Center offers a variety of service projects and badge programs for all levels of scouts. Programs are designed by naturalists to help scouts learn about nature and complete badge requirements in a fun and interesting way.

Badge Workshops allow scouts to work on badges individually or in small groups. Workshops are scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year.  Not all badges are offered at all times throughout the year. To find out which badge workshops are being offered, consult our monthly program flyer or check the park's program calendar.

Entire troops/packs may work on badges together by scheduling a badge program. A minimum of 10 scouts are required to book a program. These programs may be scheduled after school, on weekends, or during school breaks. To book a badge program please send an e-mail request to kwhitney@broward.org.
