Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency: DSIRE is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and federal incentives that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency. The searchable database describes and provides links to financial incentives including federal, state and local rebate and incentive programs; relevant rules, regulations and policies and related programs. 

Pickens Energy Plan:  A 4-page energy plan for America focused on CNG for transportation and wind energy generation as transitional resources to reduce America's reliance on foreign oil.

Florida Renewable Energy Potential Assessment (PDF): November 2008. Navigant Consultants prepared this report for Florida Public Service Commission, Florida Governor's Energy Office, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.  The study is to examine the technical potential for renewable energy (RE) in Florida, through 2020, and to bound potential RE adoption, under various scenarios.

Guide to Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Financing Districts for Local Governments: September 2009.  The City of Berkeley and the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley, have released a guide for local governments on energy efficiency and renewable energy financing districts. The guide provides case studies and describes the process of setting up an EFD program, including administrative, legal, and financial issues.
