At the March 21, 2013 “Onboard with easyPay” meeting, PACERS received a tool kit with a variety of items to help them understand their roles and responsibilities for assisting the organization’s transition to easyPay. This group of individuals works closely with the Change Management Team to foster communication throughout all levels of the organization and provide feedback. Over the next several months, new items will be added to the Tool Kit and it will continue to serve as the PACERS' informational resource.

A series of posters will be distributed to all County agencies throughout easyPay’s implementation. This is one of many communications efforts aimed at familiarizing employees with the latest easyPay updates.
Direct Deposit Authorization Form
Since easyPay eliminates manual paychecks, employees interested in a direct deposit option must complete the direct deposit authorization form (PDF) by April 10.
We encourage all PACERS to incorporate the easyPay logo on agency communications. Please be sure to follow the logo color reproduction specifications.
PACERS are encouraged to wear easyPay paper buttons or a blinking necklace pendant, so employees can readily identify you as someone who is knowledgeable about easyPay. The buttons state “Ask Me About easyPay!” (PDF) and “easyPay. It’s Coming!” (PDF)
PACERS are encouraged to use the easyPay stationery (PDF) to communicate important messages to their agency employees.
