Throughout easyPay’s transition and implementation, employees will have numerous questions. This site serves as a centralized resource for information sharing and will feature the latest questions being asked by you and your co-workers along with the answers. Feel free to visit often.

Q. What do the sections of my ePay Statement represent?
A. View the ePay Statement at the right to review the sections of the statement. Click on the section to access a description. View the Quick Reference Card for a complete list of the sections and descriptions.
Q. What’s happening to Cyborg?
A. We will continue to use Cyborg to process payroll. easyPay will collect time sheet data through the KRONOS system and forward it to Cyborg for processing and payment.
Q. Will easyPay cause changes in the way new hires are processed?
A. There will be minor changes in paperwork for new hires. Stay tuned for details.
|Q. How does the time clock work?|
A. The time clock uses a technology called Touch ID. Employees required to clock in and out must enter the last six digits of their employee number, then place their finger on the Touch ID pad. The time clock uses your employee number, in combination with Touch ID, to verify your identity.
