Ambassador Marks appointed as the first female Jamaican Ambassador to the United States and the first female president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Jamaica. Ambassador Marks holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Indies in Jamaica and a masters’ degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University. April 12, 2011 Ambassador Marks received the Keys to Broward County.
