The report “The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program at Year 25: An Expanded Look at Its Performance,” released by CohnReznick, provides detailed data about the performance of the Housing Credit program in all 50 states. The results were positive in all areas of states’ performance measures and finds that as a result of this program foreclosure rates were low and occupancy rates were high.
