Purpose: 2-Story mini-art-mall with antiques and contemporary art including paintings, sculpture, photography, lighting and furniture, jewelry and collectibles with dining in the center atrium.
Projects: Features local, regional, national and international artists with special exhibitions of Pervis Young, Haitian and South American painters and artisans, Cuban American sculpture, with eastern and western European antiques. Art and Dance classes as of summer 2007 and sponsor of the annual Dania Beach Art and Antique Festival.
