Coral Square is a set of massive blocks of coral stones.

Description

Made of massive blocks of natural coral stone, indigenous to South Florida, Hamrol consulted with architect Oscar Vaggi to create the artwork which the San Francisco-based artist describes as "neolithic armchairs". Composed of two coral rock structures interconnected by coral rock pathways on the campus of Broward Community College South Campus. This grouping of sculptures is well used by students as gathering place.
