Artist Micro Credit Program logo

The Artist Micro Credit Program is designed to assist Broward-based practicing, professional, and emerging artists, to advance their work and careers. A premise of the program is that “gaps” exist in traditional lending markets and that some creditworthy artists, and their artistic businesses, cannot qualify for financing. This program provides assistance to eligible individual artists and arts-related businesses, who cannot obtain funding from conventional sources.

Preparing the Application for Submission

1.  Original Application – The “original” application means the form bearing the original signature(s) in blue ink of the person who prepared the application.
Download (PDF) version of application

2. One (1) copy for the review panel - Application and support attachment material may be placed in pocket folders, but a heavy staple or binder clip in the upper left corner is sufficient.  All support materials must be packaged with each copy of the application.   Read application requirements

3. Application processing fee  -  A fee is charged to cover the cost of handling an application and credit investigation relating to the loan application.  Please enclosed a check, or money order, made payable to the: South Florida Regional Planning Council.
