Leslie Fordham has worked in the area of public art for more than ten years. She came to Broward County from Lancaster, PA where she spent the last year establishing a new public art program. Fordham served as Art in Public Places Coordinator for the Town of Vail in Colorado where she managed the installation of numerous public art projects in a challenging natural environment, worked with an eleven member board and helped align the public art program with the town’s economic goals. She has a B.A. in Art with a concentration in Art History from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and an M.A. in Library and Information Management from Thames Valley University in London.
