Incentive Program

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport offers an Incentive Program for the Target Area of Sao Paulo, Brazil. An airline interested in participating in this Incentive Program must notify the Aviation Department, qualify for the program, and begin service to the Target Area within the promotional period. The promotional period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.

The Incentive Program Fact Sheet (PDF) outlines the type, level of service, and other qualifying criteria. 

Incentive Credits
A participating airline will receive Incentive Credits for flights to and from the Target Area. These include credits on landing fees and usage fees for certain County-owned facilities in connection with the target route. These Incentive Credits will be available to the airline for 12 months from the starting date of flights to the Target Area.

General Information

New Airline Service
Airlines wishing to begin service at FLL should contact the Business Division at 954-359-6974.

Field Usage Agreement
All airlines whose operations exceed one flight per week for three consecutive months must enter into a Field Usage Agreement (FUA). The airline and Aviation Department must fully execute the FUA no later than 90-days after the first flight commences.

Terminal Services Permit
Companies that want to provide services to the airlines serving FLL are required to first obtain a Terminal Services Permit. Please contact the Business Division at 954-359-6974 for more information.
